Research On Countermeasures And Database Of Coal Mine Workers' Unsafe Behavior

In recent years,China's coalmine safety situation continued to improve steadily. However, compared with developed countries, there is still a big gap between the level of production safety, major coal mine accidents still occur frequently. Statistical studies have shown that people's unsafe behavior is the main cause of the accident.Based on the theory of safety behavior, organizational behavior,safety management and other theories, this paper makes an analysis of the unsafe behavior of coalmine workers. First of all, the coal mine workers' unsafe behavior factors were systematically analyzed by fishbone diagram from the individual, group, safety management, safety leadership, physical environment and other 5 aspects. Reference to Kolles' "input-output system" mode of behavior, this paper forward the unsafe behavior model of coal mine workers. Secondly, the index system of influencing factors coalmine workers' unsafe behavior is constructed;the value and importance of the index are analyzed by ANP; On this basis, put forward the control countermeasure of unsafe behavior from the individual, group, safety management, safety leadership, state of the environment and so on 5 aspects, and establish the set of control countermeasures of unsafe behavior. Thirdly, the system dynamics model of unsafe behavior is established, and simulate the control strategy by Vensim; This paper puts forward the combination intervention strategy by combining with the method of combination intervention, and simulate combined intervention strategy. This paper studies the application of DuPont STOP in coal mining enterprises. Finally, this paper analysis the demand of coal mine workers' unsafe behavior management system, and the B/S model of coal mine workers' unsafe behavior management system is designed.In order to achieve pre-control of workers' unsafe behavior,this paper studies the control countermeasure of coal mine workers' unsafe behavior based on the research of unsafe behavior and the influencing factors, and designs B/S mode of coal mine workers unsafe behavior management system.
