Research And Development Of The Key Technologies Of The Fine Carton Automatic Production Line

In this dissertation,the key technologies of the fine carton automatic production line was researched and developed to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low production efficiency and high production cost in the current fine carton production fine carton.The main contents include:1.Overall design of the production line.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the traditional fine carton production process and its problems,the modular design concept was adopted for design of the fine carton automatic production line,and the production line module division and structural framework were present.The layout design of the production line was carried out and a more detailed functional requirements for each automatic workstation module of the production line analyzed.2.Design and development of the two automatic workstations.According to the overall design of the production line and the functional requirements of the workstation,the overall design of the carton opening and the bottom lid press-fit station and the automatic packing station were developed.The detailed structure design of the two workstations were completed and 3D modeling carried out.According to the functional requirements of the two workstations,the pneumatic system and control system were designed,and main components selected with their parameters calculated and analyze.Finally operation main interfaces of the two workstations were developed.3.Development of the monitoring system for the automatic production line based on configuration software.The overall design of the production line monitoring system was carried out using the integrated control mode,which combined with C/S and B/S modes,and the system framework was given.The C/S mode realized the monitoring of the workstation layer in the production line layer,and B/S mode realized the data interaction between the workshop layer and the production line layer.The related enabling technologies,such as data communication,storage and configuration software in the production line layer,workstation layer and workshop floor,were investigated.Finally the monitoring interface and various function windows were designed and developed to realize the monitoring and management of the fine carton automatic production line.The fine carton automatic production line designed and developed in the dissertation can effectively solves the problems of low production efficiency,labor intensity,limited production capacity and difficult data integration in the traditional fine carton production,and enhance the production capacity and market competitiveness of the enterprise greatly.
