| As the concept of "cultural self-confidence" is put forward and the "cultural upsurge" prevails in recent years,the influence of traditional culture has been expanded.However,as the carrier of traditional cultural materials,traditional toys are constantly marginalized in the face of fierce market competition due to their lack of innovation awareness,neglect of people’s emotional needs and lack of target markets.Therefore,through the three-level theory of emotional design,this topic sums up the artistic characteristics of traditional toys in emotional aspects,such as "imitating nature","investigating objects for application" and "cultural memory".Through SWOT analysis of innovative design of traditional toys,the development direction of traditional toys is determined,and the development trend of traditional toys based on emotional design is summarized.That is,emotional elements are increased,innovative ways are expanded,and market division is further refined.Then the innovative design mode of traditional toys is summarized as "multi-dimensional mode","traditional+scientific and technological mode" and "IP+ toy mode".This paper summarizes the principles and methods of emotional innovative design of traditional toys,enriches the emotional connotation of toys,and improves the quality of communication between toys and users.Furthermore,the market competitiveness of traditional toys will be strengthened,so that traditional toys have developed their own unique development path in China’s increasingly severe toy market through innovative design.At the same time,it also provides valuable reference and theoretical basis for innovative design of other traditional products.Finally,this paper applies the content of emotional design to the innovative design of traditional toys through the methods of literature research and iconography research.Then based on the questionnaire survey method,the design practice is carried out to verify the theoretical research content of this paper. |
