Econometric Analysis Of The Relationship Between Carbon Emission,Economic Growth And Industrial Structure In Heilongjiang Province

With the gradual development of society and the rapid growth of economic level,climate and environmental problems have gradually been highlighted,because of the imminent extinction of forest species caused by climate problems and the frequent occurrence of natural disasters,which have brought serious harm to people’s production and life,and the main factors affecting the climate are the large amount of greenhouse gas emissions.The increase in greenhouse gas emissions not only leads to global warming,but will also create a series of derivative problems,further leading to irreversible environmental damage.The main factor in greenhouse gases is carbon emissions,resulting in a significant increase in carbon emissions is more of a large amount of energy can not be fully utilized,economic growth caused by the negative impact.Therefore,energy consumption caused by high consumption and low output,extensive economic growth model,relying on secondary industry to promote economic growth and other aspects have gradually become an important factor affecting environmental problems,how to change this situation,is an urgent problem to be solved in Heilongjiang Province at present.This paper first sorts out the domestic and foreign literatures.Most of the literature focuses on the use of relevant data on energy consumption to study the relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions,the impact of industrial structure changes on carbon emissions,and then on carbon emissions,economic growth theory,The concept of industrial structure theory is defined,and based on relevant theories,the economic growth of Heilongjiang Province is in a stable growth state at the present stage,and the industrial structure is changing from "two,three,one" to "three,two,one".Subsequently,the statistical calculation of carbon emissions in Heilongjiang Province from 2001 to 2017 was carried out,mainly from the five aspects of energy activities,industrial production,agricultural activities,land use change and forestry,and waste,and used as the basis for accounting,respectively,from economic growth and industry.Two angles of analysis of EKC test and dynamic impact of structure and carbon emissions.Firstly,it analyzes the EKC test of economic growth,industrial structure and carbon emissions,and uses the Environmental Kuznets Curve to test and analyze various factors and carbon emissions,and separately for energy activities,regional GDP,first,second and third.Analysis of the relationship between industrial output value,fiscal revenue,employment population,import of goods,export of goods and carbon emissions,judging the stage,curve type and inflection point value between variables,can clearly understand the development of Heilongjiang Province at this stage.It can predict the future development trend of carbon emissions in Heilongjiang Province,and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in the analysis process.From the dynamic point of view,the vector autoregressive model is used to analyze the carbon emission,economic growth and industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province.The relationship between carbon emission and various influencing factors is analyzed by using impulse response function and variance analysis.The analysis results show that Heilongjiang Province is at the present stage.The effect of carbon emission and various factors on the increase and emission reduction,so as to better grasp the transformation of economic growth model,optimize industrial structure has a significant effect on reducing carbon emissions and how carbon emissions affect economic growth and industrial structure,and analyze.At this stage,the relationship between carbon emissions and economic growth and industrial structure in Heilongjiang Province.Finally,according to the analysis results from strengthening the statistical capacity of carbon emissions in Heilongjiang Province,improve the accounting level,change the extensive economic growth model.Actively develop a low-carbon economy,improve energy efficiency.Optimize the industrial structure,improve the scientific and technological level,increase the management of carbon emissions,enhance carbon sink capacity.Five suggestions on achieving sustainable development of economic,social and ecological environment.In order to better clarify the development direction of Heilongjiang province,for the low carbon development path to provide corresponding recommendations.
