Packed towers have a wide range of applications in the chemical field as a membrane contact device for absorption,distillation,extraction and other fields.Excellent comprehensive properties such as high throughput,high efficiency and low pressure drop have been used as research indicators in the field of packed towers.Research on novel fillers has been the most mature and broadest way for packed towers to enhance their mass transfer performance and hydrodynamic performance.However,the optimization and improvement of the original filler can only improve the performance index of the packed tower to a certain extent,the degree of improvement is limited,and the problem that the packed tower is difficult to work in the chemical reaction formed by the solid phase is not solved.Therefore,a new type of tower structure is proposed,which fundamentally improves the mass transfer performance and hydrodynamic performance of the packed tower.In this paper,we will do the following research on the above issues:1.the traditional research direction of packed tower is introduced and summarized.Based on this,a fluid turbulence based on the periphery of the packing is proposed.A new type of tower structure is proposed to make the packing itself vibrate.Using PLC and electromagnet as control elements,the spherical filler filled with magnetic ball inside is used as the actuator to construct a dynamic packed tower platform,and its feasibility is proved theoretically.2.Using the magnetic ball filled in the permanent magnet and the filler as the experimental object,using the Gauss meter to measure the magnetic field strength at different distances,fitting the equation and curve between the distance and the magnetic force;analyzing the moving distance of the magnetic ball under the permanent magnet,fitting its equation of motion,through the second derivation,the equation and curve between distance and magnetic force are obtained.It provides calculation basis for the construction of the dynamic packed tower experimental platform.3.Using PLC as the lower computer of the experimental platform,Kingview as the lower computer of the experimental platform completes the hardware selection and design of the dynamic packed tower and the programming of the software part.Complete the construction of the experimental platform and test its function.
