There are many chemical harmful factors in the workplace and they are very harmful.The research on occupational exposure assessment in China has undergone initial stage,reference stage,exploration stage and practice stage,and has been continuously improved,which plays an important role in occupational health supervision and occupational disease prevention and control.However,for a large number of chemical substances in the workplace,only a small part of the establishment of occupational exposure limits.Therefore,it is of great significance for protecting the health of employees and promoting the occupational health management of enterprises to study and establish an unlimited and non-detection method for occupational exposure assessment of chemical substances.This paper mainly discusses the establishment of contact assessment methods for chemical harmful factors of organic solvents,and establishes the concentration level relationship between similar types of work(posts)by analogy method,so as to realize the estimation of the contact level of chemical harmful factors without detection method.Considering various factors that may affect workers' exposure level in the working environment,the main evaluation indicators affecting workers' exposure level are molecular weight,usage,volatility,working time and frequency of workers.Assuming that the molecular volume of different substances diffused into the air is proportional,ppmA = KppmB is considered,and a single variable model is established for analysis.Based on the research foundation of single variable model,a multivariable model was established,and the related multivariable estimation model was obtained by analogy.Experiments on diffusion characteristics of organic solvents and effects of related factors were designed,and binary linearity between boiling point,saturated vapor pressure and ppm value was established by SPSS24 statistical analysis.The linear equation is substituted into ppmA=KppmB to obtain the function expression of K,and determine the proportion of volatility affecting concentration diffusion.The multi-variable comprehensive model is validated by selecting the workstations that meet the application conditions of the model,and the calculation results are compared with the actual detection values by analogizing the adjacent workstations and using the multi-variable model.The results show that the values of C-TWA and C-STEL calculated by the multivariate model are basically the same as the actual values,which indicates that the contact assessment method is feasible.
