With the steady improvement of national life,people’s desires no longer remain at the material level of satisfaction,and then pursue a higher level of spiritual enjoyment,then ushered in the arrival of the mass tourism era,nowadays,tourism has become One of the popular ways to regulate the rhythm of life is the flavoring agent for boring life.Dustbin is one of the unremarkable but indispensable objects in the scenic spot,but the problem of garbage pollution caused by it has become a major problem that the society needs to solve urgently.The ultimate bearer of the consequences of the waste of resources and environmental pollution Yourself.The scientific and reasonable design of garbage bins not only brings convenience to users,but also facilitates the recycling and reuse of garbage resources,which is in line with the design concept of sustainable development and environmental protection.Although service design entered the country later than some developed countries,it is still in its infancy in China and is not fully valued by enterprises and individuals,but the survey shows that in 2018,the service industry GDP accounted for 52.2%of China’s overall GDP,while in 1980 Only accounting for about 20%of GDP,service design has been pushed to a new high in this era.In this social environment with service as the competition,designers should focus on users,accurately grasp the user’s physiological and psychological needs,and from a holistic perspective,strive to systematically solve the problems in the design of dustbins in scenic spots.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this subject,and roughly summarizes the main content and innovation of this article,as well as the research method and technical route of the subject.The second chapter starts with the relevant theories of service design,and gives a general introduction to the five principles of service design and the five most widely used research tools and methods.The main research status of service design concept at home and abroad.The third chapter summarizes the main "pain points" of the design of the waste bin through the experience of the use of the waste bin for tourists and cleaning staff,and further analyzes it.The fourth chapter is mainly based on the main design problems summarized in the third chapter,analy zes the user’s real needs,and then takes the right medicine,and refines the specific corresponding improvement principles.The fifth chapter is the design practice part,starting from the online questionnaire survey,obtaining real data support,and drawing user portraits,user experience maps and service blueprints,respectively,to pave the way for the final design practice.Chapter 6 is the summary and prospect of the full text.From the perspective of service design concept,users are the center.Analyze and discover the "pain points" of users in the process of using the trash can,integrate the service design concept to improve the design problem of the trash can,reduce the user’s sense of repulsion and distance from the trash can,and then improve the overall user experience The necessity of application of service design concepts is clarified,so that the environmental system of the entire scenic spot forms an ideal state of a virtuous circle,and jointly create a healthy and harmonious social ecological environment.
