In recent years,the mining technology of Shendong Coal Company has been continuously improved,the equipment has been upgraded and the mining intensity has increased.During the mining period,the phenomenon of strong rock pressure occurs frequently,and the pressure of hydraulic support is too high during the weighting period of the working face,which often causes the support pillar to be crushed to death,affects the normal progress,serious deformation of the advance roadway in the working face,instantaneous breakage of the single pillar in the advance roadway,etc.The appearance of strong rock pressure has seriously affected the safe and efficient mining of mine,and has become a technical problem to be solved urgently.This paper takes 42107 working face of Buertai Coal Mine as the research background,studies the law of formation of strong rock pressure and explores the methods of prevention and control of strong rock pressure.Through the study of overburden movement law in the first panel of Buertai Coal Mine,it is concluded that the stress concentration will affect the excavation of 42 coal face under the condition that only part of the coal pillars are left after the large-scale mining of 22 coal seams in the first panel.22 coal seams in this area are shallow.After the mining of 22 coal super-long working faces,the movement of the overburden rock parameters of 22 coal seams develops to the surface in a larger range.The roof of the goaf of 22 coal faces collapses and compacts,transfers pressure to 42 coal seams and the upper roof,and produces hydrostatic pressure,which has a serious impact on the mining pressure appearance of 42 coal faces.The theoretical study and the analysis of the regularity of the ground pressure in the mining face show that the occurrence of the strong ground pressure in the mining process of 42 coal face is related to the secondary activation of the overburden above 22 coal.The numerical simulation shows that the stress distribution of surrounding rock in 42 coal seam and 22 coal seam before 42 coal seam is directly mined.It is found that 22 coal seam does not release the mining pressure of protective seam after mining.On the contrary,higher stress is formed in the central part of goaf,which makes the stress distribution uneven and the stress concentration degree in the local area increase.The mining of 22 coal seam above the goaf is for 42 coal below the goaf.Surface has a greater impact.The technical system of mine pressure monitoring and prevention in 42107 working face is established.Through the analysis of support resistance and microseismic monitoring,the law of mine pressure appearance in the process of working face advancing is obtained.Then through the implementation of auxiliary transportation roadway reinforcement support,roof hydraulic fracturing prevention and control of strong rock pressure appearance.
