Railway derailment accidents within railway station(abbreviated as derailment accidents)are a class of multiple typical railway traffic accidents that can cause equipment damage,traffic operation interruptions and other severe consequences,interfere with railway transportation production,and endanger the safety of railway traffic.At this stage,China's safety early warning for such accidents is still not perfect,and derailment accidents occur from time to time.This paper carries on the relevant safety early warning research to the derailment accident within railway station,mainly includes three parts content:the causes analysis of accident,the safety assessment method of factors,the safety early warning model and example verification.(1)The causes analysis of accidentThis paper analyzes the causes of derailment accident based on the data of 180 derailment accidents in China.1)Using SPSS software,cluster analysis method is used to classify derailment accidents according to severity.2)According to the theory of Person-Machine-Environment system,establish a cause of accident index system of derailment accident within railway station.3)Using FREEFTA software,a Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)method was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the causes of derailment accidents.4)Based on the accident data,use RSES software to calculate the objective risk weights of each factor's impact on the severity of the derailment accident with rough set and genetic algorithm related theoretical knowledge,and carry out risk coupling analysis.(2)The safety assessment method of factorsFor causes of derailment accidents,research their safety assessment methods.1)For vehicle-rail equipment,SIMPACK software was used to establish a vehicle-rail system safety assessment method and standard based on multi-body dynamics simulation analysis,and to investigate the effects of track irregularity and trian operating speed on derailment coefficient.2)For railway personnel,MSBNX software was used to establish a railway personnel safety assessment method and standard based on User Portrait and reliability Bayesian Network,and built a railway personnel safety status tag system to calculate personnel reliability.3)For the railway management department,using the MATLAB software to eatablish the railway sector safety evaluation methods and standards based on Discrete Hopfield Neural Networks,and achieved department's comprehensive security status level calculation by programming.(3)The safety early warning model and example verificationUsing the factor risk weights obtained from the causes analysis of accident and the results obtained from safety assessment methods,a safety early warning model for derailment accidents was established and examples were verified.1)Establish a comprehensive safety early warning model based on fuzzy mathematics and a special safety early warning model based on the Buckets Effect for a certain section of a railway station.2)Select an actual derailment accident within railway station,using all results in this paper and according to the situation before the accident to assess the safety status of each factor,and then determine the level of warning.Compare the warning results with the accident result,and the research results proved the feasibility of the safety early warning model.
