Fluorescent molecules and nano-objects receiving increasing attention, because there have been an abundance of applications in sensing, imaging and biomedical application. Most organic fluorophores are hydrophobic compounds that are not soluble in water-based biological media. They can be modified with water-soluble groups, but generally the fluorescence quantum yield is significantly reduced. Therefore,a new approach is to incorporate them into water-dispersible particles. However, one of the main problems with this method is that the fluorophore may leak out of the particles over time.To avoid this drawback, the best solution is to covalently linkingthe fluorophore to the polymer backbone. In this paper, three BODIPY acrylate fluorescent monomers?B1,B2,B3?were successfully synthesized, and the fluorescence spectra,UV absorption spectra, fluorescence quantum yield and fluorescence lifetime of these three BODIPY were investigated. The BODIPY-labeled polymer was prepared by a precipitation polymerization method.Such BODIPY polymers have a regular chain structure, and the polymer solution has good dispersibility due to this special structure. The B1 labeled polymer coating was prepared and the 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid?2,4-D?molecule was adsorbed. The results showed that the B1 labeled polymer coating was adsorbed after2,4-D.Fluorescence is sensitized.Since fluorescence recognition technology is a powerful tool for pathology and disease diagnosis science, such BODIPY polymers and coatings have good application prospects and value in the fields of chemistry, biology and life sciences.A fluorescent marker?2,4-D-F?of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid was synthesized, and a biomimetic immunoassay method was initially established. The competitive immunization experiments were designed by using the bulk molecularly imprinted polymer and the precipitated molecularly imprinted polymer as biomimetic antibodies, the synthesized 2,4-D-F and the template molecule 2,4-D as antigens. The results were obtained in competitive immunoassay. The sigmoidal curve and the optimal concentration range for detecting 2,4-D are 0.1 to 60 mg L-11 and 1 to 150 mg L-1,respectively.These findings have great application value for adsorption systems that require the use of polar solvents.
