Based on the background of support problem of mining roadway in Shicaocun Coal Mine of Ningdong Mining Area,this paper studies the occurrence of surrounding rock in Shicaocun Coal Mine roadway,grasps the mining geological conditions,evaluates the stability of roadway support,adopts appropriate support theory and method,combines the existing scientific research results to optimize the support of mining roadway in Shigoucun Coal Mine,and provides a basis for decision-making of roadway support.In order to realize the safe and reasonable support of mining roadway in Shicaocun Coal Mine.The main contents include:(1)This paper investigates and analyses the surrounding rock environment and the original borehole column diagram of Shicaocun Coal Mine roadway,cores the roof of the mining roadway,determines the roof type and the physical and mechanical properties of the surrounding rock,the roof type belongs to the lower soft and upper hard roof,the roof lithology is dominated by mudstone and sandstone,and the sandstone is the aquifer;(2)The in-situ stress in the area where the mining roadway is located is tested and analyzed,and the magnitude and direction of the in-situ stress of the two measuring points in Shicaocun Coal Mine are obtained.The maximum stress is found to be horizontal stress from the measured results of the in-situ stress.The layout of the main transportation roadway in the coal mine is parallel to the reverse of the maximum horizontal principal stress,and the layout is reasonable,but the axes of the mining roadway in most of the working face The angle between direction and maximum principal stress is large,and stress concentration will occur on one side of roadway;(3)Aiming at the destructive characteristics of mining roadway in Shicaocun Coal Mine,combined with roof lithology analysis and in-situ stress test results,a large-scale finite difference software FLAC3D is applied to compare the original support form with the bolt strip support form.It is considered that the arch rock bands support has the advantages of reliable support and low stress level of surrounding rock.The arch rock bands support is adopted as the support mode of mining roadway.(4)The supporting principle of strip arch is analyzed.The support has the advantages of rigidity of flexible form strip arch integral support,flexibility of bolt support and active support,which makes surrounding rock and supporting body form a flexible stable body.The construction method is fast and the whole is good.Considering the geological conditions of Shicaocun coal mine roadway comprehensively,the roof mudstone softens and the bolt loses its function.Under the circumstances,the support effect of strip support is still good,and the support parameters of strip support are determined,and the support effect and stability are verified by numerical simulation.
