Arch rock bands support technology is a new useful support technology. This technology is the first time to use flexible formwork and pump-concreted support technology and bolt supporting in the field of underground support,and it provides a new thought for developing underground space and to mine underground resource. Arch rock bands support in advance makes flexible formworks,sencondly fixs fiber flexible formworks along the tunnel surrounding rock in the form of bands with bolts and steel meshes,thirdly pumps self-compation concrete mixing meteria into flexible formwork, forming a bands bolt-arch combined supporting structure along the tunnel surrounding rock. The non-arch rock bands support part uses bolts supporting. Arch Rock bands supporting structure inherits flexible formwork and pump-concreted support's rigidity,and has both flexible and active support's advantages of bolt supporting,also has hardness with softness,resistance to integration,makes the surrounding rock and support forming a flexible and stable body.Rock energy,part absorbed by the support,another part is released in the form of deformation through the release slot.The construction area of this method is great,the structure formation has good overall,high intensity,high degree of machanization,The construction speed is fast,and it has highlight superiority in all aspects.This paper first puts forward the calculating model of stripe arch support structure based on combined arch principle,combined beam theory, thick tube theory, pu's theory .This model's mian bearing structure is flexible formwork arch,combined arch and bolts.The formula of moment derived by material mechanics about combined beam with rock and arch, proves that the combined beam with rock an flexible formwork arch can decrease the moment of flexible formwork acrh effectively.The moment of combined beam with rock and flexible formwork arch is related to thickness of combined arch,elastic modulus of surrounding rock and the parameters of bolt on condition of the same surrounding rock pressure.This paper disscuses the principle of stripe arc support. combination of energy balance support theory , The study of parameters and disposition design of stripe arch was presented,and put forward the productivity calculation method for the concrete thicknessfor support, bolt's parameters and disposition design,steel mesh and flexible formwork, which is simple and useful, having been adopted in flexible formwork support.Calculates the roof pressure based on Code For Design of Road Tunnel; and calcultes the span and side pressure of tunnel based on pu's theory;calculates the arch supporting thickness of concrete by combining thick tube theory and safety factor of road tunnel design,and the wall supporting thickness of concrete can be chosen by the strength of concrete and checking calculation for stability.This paper combines with actual conditions of Meihuajing mine in Ning Dong mine situation,simulation calculates the Arch rock bands support structure,by the results analysises that structural strength and stability meet the design requirements.Numerical simulation,theoretical calculation and the practical application of engineering demonstrate the rationality of the supporting structure.And on this basis proposes construction technology and quality control of arch rock bands supporting structure. arch rock bands supporting method is simple and feasible,very practical,and it provides better reference to supporting design in the future.
