After the coal mine accident,the underground coal mine is intricate,the temperature rises,the concentration of the explosive mixture increases,the environment is extremely unstable,and the roof fall and secondary explosion accidents may occur at any time.Rescue workers rushing into the accident site to implement rescue will pose a huge threat to the life safety of rescue workers.Therefore,the development of a mine rescue robot that can replace the rescue workers entering the accident scene detection environment is of great significance to the rescue work.This project comes from the horizontal issue of ZRK mine rescue robot of Chongqing duopeng technology limited company.In this paper,a audio and video acquisition system for ZRK rescue robot is designed to meet the visual and auditory requirements of the robot in underground dark environment,and the audio and video data are collected and sent back to the rescue command center,which provides an important reference for the formulation of rescue plans.Through the analysis of the requirements of the system and comparing different schemes,the audio and video acquisition scheme based on S5PV210 was selected.The audio and video acquisition system of mining rescue robot is designed by modularization.It is mainly composed of processor unit,video unit,audio unit,communication unit,power supply unit,storage and display unit.For the dark environment under the mine,the video unit uses active video acquisition technology with high sensitivity,large size 1/2MCCD camera and third generation dot matrix infrared LED with 850nm wavelength,The low-power TVP5150 video encoding chip is used to perform analog-to-digital conversion and bright color separation on the PAL TV signal output by the camera,and output standard ITU-R BT601 digital video signal for S5PV210 processor compression and remote transmission;Audio unit uses WM8960 audio codec to sample,quantify and code analog electrical signals collected by capacitive electret.Digital audio data is transmitted to S5PV210 processor through IIS interface for processing.The input terminal of the power supply circuit is designed with reverse connection protection,transient suppression,overcurrent and overvoltage protection circuits.The "Buck+LDO" method is used to realize voltage conversion,reduce power consumption and improve system stability.The system provides USB interface,serial port and Ethernet interface to facilitate data upload,download and remote transmission.The intrinsic safety technology is used to achieve the explosion-proof requirements of the mining environment electronic equipment,eliminating the bulky flameproof enclosure.The system test results show that the power consumption of the audio and video acquisition system designed in this paper is less than 7.5W.It can realize the acquisition,processing,storage and remote transmission of audio and video in general environment and all-black environment,and the visual distance in all-black environment is 20m.It meets the design goal of the audio and video acquisition system of mine rescue robot.It has certain practical value.
