"Black box"is a widely used data recording device on the plane,its function is mainly used to record flight data in real time.The equipment will be black box concept applied to mine emergency rescue,and the black box concept extends further. When the mine after the accident, rescue workers in order to reduce the burden, improve the rescue efficiency, the development of a portable, secure and consistent with the nature of the principle of effective application in the light or dark environment emergency rescue box, for the collection, storage and playback of multimedia data.In this paper,through the positioning of the device and the demand analysis,comparison of different platforms for verification, the final result is based on the Cortex-A8 series S5PV210 processor as the core processor of the entire device.The equipment is divided into three parts, hardware and software design of the housing unit and implementation of hand-held emergency rescue in accordance with the principle of intrinsically safe box.The hardware unit is mainly composed of audio codec module,video decoding module,display module,memory module,LED driver module,infrared illumination acquisition module and communication module,the system uses embedded Linux,shell molding process processing shell.Among them,the video capture module with low illumination simulation MCCD camera,infrared LED and use the 940nm wavelength as the auxiliary light source,to achieve front-end equipment under low illumination video capture;video decoding module with low power TVP5150 chip, the output of ITU-R BT.656 digital video signal;audio codec module complete voice codec using WM8960 chip;video information real-time display in the TFT 3.5 inch LCD screen;the communication module includes serial and Ethernet interface;lithium battery charging module with charging management chip MAX8903C;system design follows the Ethernet and the Micro USB communication protocol,realize the wired transmission of audio and video data, audio and video data from TF Card storage.The motherboard devices with four plates,the core plate is welded on the of smaller.After testing repeatedly switch equipment and the function of the system,stable operation,various electrical functions can meet the requirements of the light in the scene of the accident or all black voice and image acquisition,display and storage,has high research value and practical significance.This topic comes from the national science and technology support plan "Mesh based network wireless communication technology and equipment".
