Coal mine gas disaster accident is one of the biggest factors affecting coal mine safety production,and it is also the most threatening and most prominent problem in current coal mine.Therefore,understanding and mastering the law of gas migration and finding out the gas accumulation point is of great help to prevent gas accumulation and gas disaster accident.This paper from the experimental point proposes to build a mine gas migration simulation test platform in the laboratory to simulate the physical characteristics of the mine.In the platform,the ventilated gas environment is simulated by the simulated ventilation system and the gas supply control system;the developed detection system is used to collect the parameter data,and the gas migration law and accumulation under the laboratory conditions are carried out.This experimental research provides a new way for scientists to understand the laws of gas migration and accumulation.In order to ensure that the model can reasonably simulate the conditions in the prototype,this paper based on the similarity principle and similarity criteria calculates the similarity criteria required for the gas movement simulation test platform,and ensures the geometry,motion and dynamics of the platform and experimental prototype,similar.Firstly,by analyzing the actual situation and selecting the appropriate geometric ratio,the model of the simulation experiment roadway was designed and built.Secondly,according to the ventilation theory and similar theory,the simulated ventilation system was designed,and the appropriate fan was selected Thirdly,according to different experimental requirements,mine gas emission law and source,the simulated gas supply control system was designed,and the main equipment digital flow meter in the control system was made.Fourth,in order to monitor and collect experimental data in real time in the experimental environment,a monitoring system was designed and the main equipment data acquisition instrument was designed.Finally,the gas migration law of abnormal gas emission in the roadway is simulated,and the reliability of the experimental results is verified.
