With the continuous development of the economy and society,the number of enterprises continues to increase,and the daily supervision of production safety is becoming more and more onerous.The traditional working methods and work experience in the past can no longer adapt to the supervision of production safety under the new situation,especially in government agencies.After the reform,the current informatization supervision system in Changshu City has been unable to adapt to the scope of responsibility of the supervisory department.At the same time,with the advent of the era of big data,it is a powerful impetus to the reform of the government supervision system.As a government regulatory agency,we should make full use of big data analysis and Internet of Things technology to optimize production safety information management,so as to continuously improve the efficiency of daily supervision work and the level of decision-making.Through the investigation of the original information supervision system of production safety in Changshu City,more than 100 employees of the safety supervision department and more than 120 township(street)grid personnel in the city were visited and investigated and online surveys were conducted.It was found that the current There are many problems in the system.Including the mismatch between the scope of supervision and the supervision capacity,the scope of supervision is wide but the capacity is limited;the lack of production safety information talents can not effectively promote the development of production safety informatization;the large mobility of grid personnel affects the effectiveness of daily supervision;the update of the information supervision system is not Timely,the supervision system is a mere formality;there are technical barriers to the use of supervision information,and the use of system functions is not convenient.The analysis of the reasons draws the following conclusions: one is that there is no unified standard safety production informatization supervision system;the other is the lack of a systematic work safety information personnel training system;the third is the unclear division of functions of the supervisory department;and the fourth is the grid personnel.The working environment and salary needs to be improved.Fifth,the information supervision system is backward.Drawing on the experience of typical countries and regions in the construction of safety production informatization supervision system,combined with the current situation of safety production supervision in Changshu City,propose corresponding countermeasures for the optimization of safety production informatization supervision system.In terms of regulations and systems,it is necessary to establish and improve the safety production informatization supervision system.,Including formulating safety production informatization supervision regulations and regulations,formulating safety production information talent introduction and training policies;in terms of supervision team,it is necessary to strengthen grassroots construction and improve the supervision system team,including setting up a separate safety production information department and strengthening the daily business of grid personnel Training,establishing and improving the evaluation mechanism for grid personnel;the system aspect includes the development of mobile client APP: enterprise side construction,government side construction;application aspect should pay attention to the construction of information system security,including the development and protection of information technology and the application security of information supervision system.Therefore,it is hoped that the research results of this article can provide some theoretical guidance for the current reform of production safety supervision in Changshu City,especially in the aspect of production safety information supervision,which can bring practical help.
