With the continuous promotion of the mine hoist system,the signal transmission device of the mine hoist is becoming more and more important.At the same time,the safety and reliability of the mine signal system has gradually become the focus of attention.The mine hoisting signal system in this subject guarantees the safety under the mine,and has great significance for the safe signal transmission under the mine.The mine explosion protection hoisting signal system in this subject is designed based on the safety standards under the mine and also have to complete all the stable transmission of signals.Firstly,this paper studies the function of hoist and the types of signal transmission needed to be realized,and then determines the signal transmission scheme of the whole explosion-proof hoist signal system.According to the realization of the scheme,the network of underground mine is set up and the signals to be displayed and transmitted by the control box are determined.Secondly,based on the safety spark parameters under the mine,this paper designs the intrinsic safety precursor circuit,which filters and isolates the external band voltage and the internal voltage of the whole system.At the same time,the control circuits of other circuits and signal systems of underground well are effectively isolated.Distinguish between intrinsically safe circuit and non safety circuit.At the same time,this paper redesigned the signal display screen under the mine,and analyzed the current market display screen Market and the advantages of substitution.In the design,the spark value that will exist at the instant of power-on is the Design standards of power supply circuit.And also,the signal processing of RS485 communication filter circuit is processed by filtering and stabilizing voltage according to IEC electromagnetic compatibility test standard.Finally,in order to ensure the reliability of communication transmission protocol,the cyclic redundancy check is compiled into the grass-roots level.Finally,the reliability analysis of the mine flameproof box is carried out,and the stress analysis of the box model is carried out according to the water pressure impact test in the explosion-proof standard.The stress analysis of the whole box is completed by using ANSYS software,and a series of analysis and optimization of the thinnest wall thickness are carried out to achieve the reducing of the flameproof box weight and production cost.
