The objective of this study is to formulate business level strategy for Mineral Bag Limited Liability Company(Mineral Bag LLC),a Mongolia based company specializing in producing Bulk bags for gold and copper concentrates.The main challenge the company is facing at this stage is that how to sustain and therefore advance its position in the market as well as how can they achieve competitive advantage over its increasing numbers of competitors in the market? This study will work towards providing strategic resolution for this challenge.In terms of data collections,primary source will be the qualitative methods with quantitative method as the secondary source,and mainly through interviews and the Company's internal files and documents,as well as by conducting study and research on the industry itself.The literature review related to the purpose of the study was undertaken in order to provide a clear understanding of existing knowledge base in the problem area.By completing this study successfully,we were aiming to provide Mineral Bag LLC with its comprehensive external,internal analysis along with a sound Business strategy formula by using number of tools such as SWOT and Value chain analysis along with its Business model functions and it is concluded that Mineral Bag LLC's competitive advantages mainly lie in its operational efficiency and therefore the cost leadership strategy is more appropriate for the company to sustain and advance its position in the market at this stage.
