Research On The Development Strategy Of K Company Based On Sustained Competitive Advantage

In today's world,the role of sustainable competitive advantage is becoming more and more important.Enterprises that have sustained competitive advantages will face challenges,but they have the ability to maintain their profits.In the period of the slowdown of global economic growth,the industry overcapacity,and the emergence of devastating technological changes,it is particularly important for enterprises to achieve sustained economic profits with or without sustained competitive advantage.Appropriate development strategy can build and strengthen the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises,and inappropriate development strategy can also damage the original sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises So,enterprises need to establish their own development strategy.It is necessary for enterprises to identify and carry out all the measures that can bring about the promotion of competitiveness.Through sustained and unremitting efforts,they can build and consolidate their sustained competitive advantage.Based on the above considerations,In this paper,the method of combining theory with case analysis is used to make a special research on how to build and strengthen the sustainable competitive advantage through development strategy.In the part of the theoretical research,firstly,it clarifies the concepts of development strategy,strategic management,competitive advantage and sustainable competitive advantage,Secondly,it introduces several commonly used enterprise strategy analysis tools,and finally analyzes the relationship between several perspectives of enterprise development strategy and sustainable competitive advantage.In the part of case analysis,taking polymer material company K as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the development strategy of K company by using the common enterprise strategy analysis tools,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems,establishes the development strategy of K company and the safeguard measures for implement it to build and strengthen the sustainable competitive advantage.
