For a long time,carding machine plays an irreplaceable and important role in the spinning process.Among them,the doffer transfer rate of carding machine has a considerable influence on the sliver quality and the final yarn formation index.But the existing doff transfer rate is too low to meet the development needs of the new generation of high-speed and high-yield carding machines.Therefore,it is very important to improve the doff transfer rate of carding machine.As one of the core carding components of carding machine,the specification,type,process performance and manufacturing quality of doff needle cloth have a very important influence on carding,removing impurity,mixing uniformity and transfer release.It is decisive to improve the doff transfer rate of carding machine.With.In order to adapt to the high-speed,high-yield,high-quality,stable development direction of carding machine,meet the enterprise energy-saving,consumption-reducing,improve the quality,improve the efficiency,increase the benefit of survival purpose,improve the carding machine doff transfer rate.It is very important to study the transfer rate of carding machine and design the high transfer rate doofer cloth of carding machine.The purpose of this study is as follows:(1)to improve the doff transfer rate of carding machine is of great significance to meet the development goal of high speed,high yield and high quality of carding machine,(2)to analyze the factors affecting the doff transfer rate of carding machine,and to improve the quality of carding machine.(3)the present situation and trend of the development of doff cloth are analyzed,and the design of a kind of high-transfer doff cloth is put forward and the rationality of the design is verified.This subject adopts the methods of experimental research,theoretical analysis of carding technology,mechanical force and motion simulation.The contents of the research are as follows: 1 from the hundreds of years of development of carding machine,The development status and existing problems of doff needle cloth in carding machine are analyzed and summarized,and the development trend of doffer needle cloth is predicted.(2)from the angle of carding technology theory,the movement process of fiber in carding machine is introduced,the transfer process of fiber from Xilin to doff is analyzed emphatically,and the main function of doff needle cloth is explained.3 the factors that influence the doffer transfer rate of carding machine are analyzed through the concrete experimental data and spinning technology theory.It is concluded that the high transfer rate doffer needle cloth is helpful to the carding machine.The dofftransfer rate of carding machine should be increased to 30% / 4,and a kind of high transfer doff cloth suitable for carding machine should be studied,and the rationality of the design of card cloth should be verified from the angle of air flow and fiber force.Based on the actual manufacturing process and the spinning application of carding machine,the feasibility of the newly designed high transfer rate doffer cloth is discussed.
