With the milk protein fiber production technology has become more sophisticated,various new products of milk protein fiber textile have developed more and more,but that products more focused on yarn and traditional textiles,such as knitted fabric products,woven fabric products.At present,study of milk protein fiber is very little in the field of nonwoven.With the reinforcement Spunlace technology matured and the superiority of the Spunlace nonwoven product becoming more and more obvious,development of milk protein fiber spunlace nonwoven products is of great significance.This subject choose milk protein fiber as materials.The systematic and comprehensive research of on this subject is that,physical and chemical properties of milk protein fiber,card-laid technology of nonwoven,entanglement and reinforcement of Spunlace,milk protein fiber spunlace product.Milk protein fiber in the mechanical properties and chemical properties of research,the study Focused on the mechanical properties of fiber,hydroscopic property,crimp property,coefficient of friction,electricity property.Through the systemic research,milk protein fiber that has good mechanical properties and absorbent quality,but there is a certain lack of smooth fiber surface,big mass soecific resistance,small coefficient of friction.In the development of the milk protein fiber spunlace nonwoven products,the experiment was divided into two parts:first,through the design process parameters of combing and analysis of comber web,found the situation of fibers in the fiber web and comparison between parallel laying and cross lapping.For deeply analysing major combing parts of nonwoven card,to find card degree and doffer transfer rate through the experimental process parameters,which is of great significance to guide the production.As the fiber defects and static electricity graveness,fiber easily adhered machine in the process of combing,so,in the before of combing,must do antistatic treatment and workshop temperature and humidity should be maintained at about 80%.The study found that as long as the milk protein fiber to add a certain amount of polyester fiber,can improve the carding better,and deeply analysed this situation.second,by Spunlace process parameters for the design and research,to find entanglement and reinforcement of milk protein fiber in the process of Spunlace,to calculate Spunlace energy,finally to research that Spunlace energy impact on product of milk protein fiber.the last part of this paper,mainly analysed the spunlace nonwoven products of the milk protein fiber.to test Important performance,which included mechanical properties,flex stiffness,air permeability,moisture vapour transmission and hydroscopicity and analyse the impact of the product performance.The study found the milk protein fiber spunlace nonwoven products with better performance,which will provide industrial production for reference in the milk protein fiber spunlace nonwoven products.
