Transportation industry is the main source of greenhouse gas emissions.Therefore,it has become an important issue for the Chinese government to control the carbon emissions of transportation and improve the carbon productivity of transportation.However,there are significant differences in the level of social and economic development,energy consumption and resources between provinces in China.In the absence of the spatial and temporal evolution rules of China's transport carbon emissions,the formulation of carbon emission reduction policies is still not targeted.On the other hand,the contradiction between the extensive economic development model and environmental problems is increasingly intensified.In the current context of carbon emission reduction,the development of green transportation while ensuring steady economic growth has become a necessary condition for the development of low-carbon economy.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively explore and evaluate the spatial and temporal characteristics of transport carbon productivity in the province of China in the past and its coupling coordination degree of industrial economic development.Therefore,in this paper,the IPCC method is used to measure the transport carbon productivity of China's provinces and municipalities from 2000 to 2016 in this paper.The Theil index and semi-variogram are used to explore the spatial differences.The index system of transport carbon productivity and industry economic development is further constructed.Coupling coordination degree model and ESDA are used to measure and analyze the coupling coordination degree and space-time characteristics.Finally,the grey relational degree model is used to calculate the relativity between the coupling coordination degree and the subsystem index,and to explore the leading factors of the coupling coordinated development of each province.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2000 to 2016,China's transportation carbon productivity took 2005 as the time node,showing a trend of decreasing fluctuation first and then increasing year by year,and tended to be stable in 2013 and the provincial differences gradually decreased;Spatially,the overall "east high west low" spatial distribution.(2)Regional differences in transport carbon productivity are obvious and the intra-regional differences are the main source,among which the intra-regional differences are the largest in the western region,followed by the eastern region and the central region.In 2000,2005,2010 and 2016,transportation carbon productivity has spatial anisotropy.In 2005,the anisotropy angle changed greatly,the direction of change changed gradually,and the range of spatial heterogeneity decreased significantly.(3)From 2000 to 2016,the coupling degree of China's transport carbon productivity and industrial economic system development was antagonistic,and the interaction between the two systems was weak.In 2005,the degree of coupling coordination was transformed from carbon emissions-oriented to economy-oriented,and went through the stage of mild disordered,moderate disordered,mild disordered and close to disordered,failing to realize the transition to coordination.(4)The coupling coordination degree between provincial transportation carbon productivity and industrial economic development includes five types,from moderate imbalance to primary coordination.The asynchronous development characteristics are obvious.The spatial distribution tends to decrease from east to west,and there is significant spatial aggregation.The growth pole of HH clustering is Shandong,and the central pole of LL clustering is northwest.(5)The factors that have the largest impact on the coupling coordination degree between transport carbon productivity and industrial economic development include transport carbon emission,economic scale and industrial structure,and lead the development of coupling coordination degree.At the same time,this paper puts forward specific policy suggestions on the positive effect of transport carbon emission reduction and industrial economic development in different provinces.
