In recent years,the climate problem has intensified,and the elements of resources,energy and environment are becoming more and more tight.with the introduction of the concept of "carbon peak and carbon neutralization",realizing the green transformation of the manufacturing industry and developing a green economy has become the key for countries all over the world to win competitiveness and take the initiative in the future.In China,in particular,to achieve the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutralization",compared with developed countries,time is tight and tasks are heavy,so it is necessary for all provinces to make concerted efforts and actively respond.Shandong Province,as a major economic province and manufacturing province,has a large economy and complete industrial categories,but it is large but not strong,the industry structure is heavy,it is highly dependent on resources and energy,and it is difficult for high-carbon industries to reduce emissions.At the same time,the ability of technological innovation is weaker than that of Guangdong,Jiangsu and other manufacturing provinces.Therefore,realizing the green transformation of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province as soon as possible is not only conducive to the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province,shaping sustainable competitiveness,but also of great significance to help our country to achieve the goal of "double carbon".This paper makes a social network analysis of the existing literature through ucinet,combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the green transformation,measurement and influencing factors of manufacturing industry,and expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis,then analyzes the current situation and potential of green transformation in Shandong Province,and theoretically obtains the factors restricting the green transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province.Then carries on the empirical analysis,starts with the mechanism,analyzes the coupling and coordination relationship between carbon emission,manufacturing industry and economy,and based on the mechanism and internal logic of the coordinated development of carbon emission and manufacturing industry,the manufacturing system is determined,including quality benefit,innovation ability,information technology and green development,and economic factors are included in the carbon emission system.Constitute the carbon economy system,including the level of economic development,the level of industrial structure,population development and carbon emissions,and build a comprehensive evaluation index system of the two systems.The entropy method is used to determine the index weight,and the green transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province is measured and analyzed according to the data of carbon emissions and manufacturing industry in Shandong Province from 2010 to 2019.Finally,according to the empirical results,the countermeasures and suggestions for the green transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province are put forward from the five levels of industry,technology,enterprise,government and consumers.
