Post-project evaluation refers to a systematic analysis of the project establishment,construction,operation and management after the project is completed and accepted,put into operation,and evaluates its economic,environmental and social benefits.Based on the post-evaluation theory and practical experience of the project,this paper conducts post-project evaluation of the construction project of Xinjiang Mahe gas field production command center from three dimensions and nine dimensions,including: project process evaluation(pre-work,construction implementation,production operation),project Benefit evaluation(economic,social,environmental),project sustainability evaluation(energy consumption,management technology and innovation capability,safe operation).On the basis of the preliminary quantitative analysis,the success analysis method is combined with the judgment matrix and the expert scoring method in the analytic hierarchy process to further obtain the quantitative results.The analysis believes that the project has reached the project project expectations in three major dimensions and nine small dimensions,and achieved the project planning objectives.Overall,the project implementation is relatively successful,but there are also some shortcomings in design,investment,quality management and so on.Combined with the actual project construction and operation,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,especially the project information construction to improve the intelligence level of the later operation of the project.At the same time,the post-evaluation of the project also provides reference experience for the construction and operation of other projects.
