Since the reform and opening,China's economy has been maintained for more than three decades of rapid development, due to cheap natural resources and human resources.Today, the advantage of cheap natural resources and human resources has been lost and China's economy has been in "China's New Normal" But more than thirty years of extensive development has caused inevitable damage to our environment. In "China's New Normal",it is clear outstanding important and urgent to the find the optimal path between environmental pollution and economic growth.Based on the extension of the traditional Environmental Kuznetsk Curve(EKC),employing the cross-sectional data of Chinese 138 cities in 2014 and spatial econometrics model, using PM2.5 as the environment pointer, the paper analyzes the spatial autocorrelation of environmental pollution of Chinese cities,as well as the the shape and influencing factors of the EKC.The empirical results are show as follows.Firstly, there exists evident positive spatial autocorrelation of the the city environmental pollution, and the simulation shape presents a "inverted U-shaped" pattern based on the cross-sectional data,so the EKC hypothesis at the city level is confirmed.Secondly, the proportion of second industries, population density, car ownerships are positively correlated with the losses induced by environmental pollution.Thirdly, upgrading of the industrial structure, integrating regional development, controlling the number of cars and cooperative governance of the environment are conducive to improving environmental quality.
