Empirical Study On The Impact Of Industrial Output On Environmental Pollution

With the rapid development of industry,environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,which has a great threat to the sustainable development of economy and the living environment of human beings.Industrial pollution is the main source of environmental pollution in China and the industrial pollution of the environment management is the focus in the environmental management and pollution control.So this paper studies the impact of industrial output on environmental pollution and hope that could provide a useful basis for government departments to save energy,reduce emissions to purify the environment and green development.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part analyzed the purpose and significance of the impact of industrial output on environmental pollution and summarized the related research results,which laid the foundation for the following research.The second part theoretically discussed the relationship between industrial production and environmental pollution.At the same time,discussed the function mechanism of industrial production to the environment in the two aspects:pushed industrial enterprise production from reform and drived economic growth.The third part we made statistical analysis of industrial output and environmental pollution from the present situation of industrial production,environmental pollution situation.The result was that China's industrial output has a big scale,Zhongxinghua structure and the innovation was not strong enough.The Environmental pollution was still severe,the industrial "three wastes" emissions were still serious.The fourth part uses the PSTR model and Introduction on behalf of the industrial scale,structure,technical innovation,pollution treatment of multiple variables to analyze China's 3 1 provinces,cities and autonomous regions from 2000 to 2015 relationship between the industrial output and environmental pollution.And analyzed the results in detail.The final part puts forward relevant policy suggestions.This study obtained some conclusions.At first,the industrial output has a positive effect on environmental pollution,but with the development of new products and technology industry.The positive effect will gradually be weaken.Secondly,the influence coefficient of the industrial structure,energy intensity to the environmental pollution is positive.With the conversion of transition variables,the positive effect of the former will be increased,but the latter will be decreased.Finally,the coefficients of environmental research funding and industrial pollution investment to pollutant emission are negative.With the conversion transition variable the negative effect show is weakening.The paper has three innovations.Firstly,using the PSTR model is forward looking.Secondly,the 4 control variables are introduced in the course of the study and the research results are more close to reality.Thirdly,"three wastes" index were chosen as objects,but the indexes of this paper are normalized,and ultimately a representative index of industrial pollution is used.
