In the process of reeling,winding is the core movement.To facilate the next step,the raw silk is always wound into a package with a certain shape.With the upgrading of China's textile industry,reeling machines that can realize high-speed and large-package winding has become a developing trend.Winding movemen consists of the rotary motion of the small reel and the reciprocating motion of the traverse mechanism.The silk thread is wound into network structure on the small reel through the reciprocating motion of a traverse rod and the rotary motion of the small reel,and finally it is formed into a package with a certain thickness.So the winding movement directly affects the forming quality of the package,which then affects the reeling efficiency and the reliability of silk reeling machine.Therefore,doing theoretical and experimental research on winding motion has practical significance.It's difficult to realize the“winding with constant speed”using mechanism in the raw silk winding process,under the guidance of the idea,the implementation mechanism which achieve winding motion could not achieve high speed and large package.In order to solve above problem,this article proposes a new method that ensuring the ideal geometrical characteristics of raw silk winding for ensuring the silk winding process,and a new type of traverse mechanism designed by using first order and second order conjugate non-circular gears pair under the guidance of this method,and doing theoretical and experimental research on the silk winding motion.The main research contents and results are as follows:1)This article studies the working principle of various types of reeling machine,and analyzes each defects,and then summarizes the key technology of high speed and large package of reeling machine,on this basis,five kinds of winding mechanism driven by first-order and second-order conjugate non-circular gears pair,the non-circular gears pair include eccentric conjugate non-circular gears pair,elliptical non-circular gears pair,Pascal spiral line non-circular gears pair,Fourier section curve non-circular gears pair and sine pitch curve non-circular gears pair,and the general mathematic model of kinematics of the new type traverse mechanism is established,and the kinematic characteristics of the traverse mechanism were also obtained by the kinematics characteristics assistant design and analysis software.2)The mathematical model of the section profile of silk winding was established on the basis of the studies of winding movement of silk and the principle of the silk winding;the criterion for evaluating the shape of raw silk winding was established on the basis of the new method for ensuring the winding process of raw silk;the type of the optimal traverse mechanism and the corresponding mechanism parameter were obtained by solving the parameter optimization model of the new type of traverse mechanism which was established on the basis of the evaluation criterion as an objective function,and the non-circular gears transmission characteristics and the structural size requirement as constraint condition,the optimaization parameters were obtained with the case of the winding device with Pascal spiral line non-circular gears pair:radius of base circle b=6.46mm,span l=39.13mm,the deformation coefficient m11=1.01,the maximum angle of the CAM?=20.060,the length of crank l1=33.48mm,the length of connecting rod 2 l2=405.64mm,the length of connecting rod 3 l3=550.61mm,the length of hinge B and C lBC=164.25mm,the length of connecting rod4 l4=153.46mm,the vertical coordinates of traverse rod yE=34.88mm,the coordinates of hinged D point xD=-294.2mm,y D=430.78mm,the vertical displacement of traverse rod and winding point H=106.95mm?3)The physical design made according to the optimaization parameters were obtained with the case of the winding device with Pascal spiral line non-circular gears pair,and the virtual prototype was tested after the three-dimensional entity model was established,the two curves were basically the same by compared with the theoretical calculation results.4)A test bed of winding device was developed,the correctness of the kinematics calculation model was verified by the idling test which could get the kinematics characteristics of the traverse mechanism;the width of the forming shape of raw silk and the height difference of profile were measured after the test of raw silk winding,the test results were compared with the package of the silk reeling machine of feiyu 2000 according to the evaluation criterion of raw silk winding forming,the result showed the smoothness of the winding shape by test was higher than that of feiyu 2000,the feasibility and superiority of the designed traverse mechanism in practical operation are verified.
