In the process of reeling,Winding mechanism is the core motion mechanism of reeling machine.Its function is to make silk form a multi-layer and alternately covered mesh surface on the small reel,and eventually form a certain shape of package.The forming uniformity of package plays a important role in the quality of silk finished product.With the rapid development of silk products industry,the reeling machine with high-speed,large and uniform package has become the key to improve raw silk production capacity and quality.Nowadays,the commonly used reeling machines can't achieve constant speed winding in the axial direction,and it is difficult to maintain constant forming angle and winding tension in the circumferential direction.As a result,the uniformity of winding forming is poor.In order to solve above problem,this article proposes the technological requirements to ensure good uniformity of forming in both axial and circumferential directions,and based on this requirement,a new type of axial forming mechanism and a uniformity control system for circumferential forming are designed.The main research contents and results are as follows:1)This article summarizes the research status of axial and circumferential uniformity in winding forming process,and analysis the existing problem.On this base,the technological requirements for ensuring the uniformity of axial forming are put forward,according to the principle of silk winding.At the same time,the technological requirements for ensuring the uniformity of circumferential forming are put forward by approximating the winding process as a three-axis belt drive model.2)Based on the technological requirements of axial forming uniformity,the boundary condition of ideal kinematic characteristic curve for the traverse rod,the actuator of axial forming mechanism,is established.and the equation of the ideal kinematic characteristic curve of the traverse rod is fitted by the 6-segment cubic Hermite interpolation polynomial.3)The design and calibration methods of first-order to second-order non-circular gear pairs random pitch curves are studied and analyzed.Then,a new type of axial forming mechanism is designed by using the first-order to second-order non-circular gear pairs with random pitch curve.the kinematics mathematical model of the axial forming mechanism is established,the calculation model of pitch curve for non-circular gear pair is deduced.design and analysis software of axial forming mechanism is compiled,and the pitch curve of non-circular gear that meets the requirements of the process of axial forming uniformity is obtained.4)Based on the technological requirement of circumferential forming uniformity,a control system for circumferential forming uniformity is designed,which has laser displacement sensor and DC voltage transmitter as input terminal,STM32F429 SCM(single chip computer)as calculation device,stepping motor driver and stepping electric pusher as output terminal.5)A test bed of winding device is developed.The silk winding test was carried out,and the winding test results were compared with packaged obtained by traditional winding mechanism.The results show that the phenomenon of the packaged concave core obtained by the test result is not obvious,the flat section of package is wide,and the uniformity is better than that of the traditional winding mechanism,which verifies the feasibility and superiority of the winding device designed in the actual silk winding operation.
