Collaborative Governance In The Construction Of Zhenjiang Ecological Civilization

Cooperative governance is one of the innovative models of ecological environment governance.Its important advantage is based on the development of social needs and the construction of government response mechanism,forming a comprehensive plurality of market,people,social organizations and government governance.Since the founding of sponge city in Zhenjiang in 2015,the predicaments in the coordinated governance of ecological civilization construction are mainly manifested in the following four aspects: first,the predicament of main body coordination,including government,market,social organization and people;second,the predicament of coordinated governance,including the backward governance concept,the lack of unification of objectives,the low efficiency of implementation,and the imperfect evaluation mechanism.In view of the predicament of collaborative governance,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the collaborative governance of ecological civilization construction on the basis of referring to relevant theories and combining with the reality of Zhenjiang.From the perspective of subject coordination,we need to strengthen the coordination among government,government market,government social organizations and government people;from the perspective of operation coordination,we need to realize the coordination of value concept,goal and scheme,implementation process and performance feedback.
