Study On The Management Of Rural Waste Under Xi Jinping's Thought Of Ecological Civilization

Rural ecological environment is the resource of agricultural rural development,ecological civilization construction has been brought into the overall layout of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress put forward "implementing the strategy of rural revitalization" and perfecting "rural governance system".Speed up the modernization of agricultural and rural areas.Therefore,it is of great theoretical,practical and historical significance that how to satisfy the people's increasing "good life needs" and "beautiful ecological environment needs" in rural areas.This paper elaborates on the theoretical basis of rural garbage management in the perspective of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization,the main problems and causes of rural garbage management,and the construction of rural garbage management system under the guidance of the concept of ecological civilization.Through two "communities" creatively put forward by Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought in the new era.Based on the theory of "two mountains" and J city as an example,this paper analyses the existing problems and deep-seated causes of rural garbage disposal,and puts forward the ideas and solutions to solve the problems of rural garbage disposal.The structure of this paper is divided into five chapters.Among them: the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is the theoretical basis of rural garbage treatment under the vision of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization;the third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of rural garbage treatment in J city;the fourth chapter is the construction of rural garbage treatment system under the guidance of the concept of ecological civilization;the fifth chapter is the conclusion and outlook.Through the argumentation of the theory of independent governance,it is proposed to carry out the education project of ecological civilization,pay attention to the establishment of the concept and values of ecological civilization,and construct the whole organization structure of garbage management.Based on the need of mutual benefit norm,trust accumulation,incentive sanction,moral drive,supervision and coordination,the mechanism of market incentive,legal restriction,education guidance,credit evaluation and so on is improved.The paper also points out that the combination of "hard technology" and "soft technology" is needed to reduce and control the waste pollutants from the source,It has theoretical,practical and historical significance to solve the problem of rural garbage..
