With the increase of the exploitable depth of open pit mines,the temperature gradually rises during the blasting operation of coal mine fire zones,and the safety hazards gradually increase.Especially in recent years,blasting accidents in coal mine fire areas frequently occur,causing major casualties.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the safety control of blasting in coal mine fire areas,and identify the dangerous and harmful factors in the blasting work of fire areas.Through the identification and safety control of blasting hazard in coal mine fire area,it provides a theoretical reference for relevant industries,which is of great significance for ensuring the safe operation of fire area blasting.The paper takes Dafeng open-pit coal mine as the research background.In view of the high temperature in the area,the problems of early explosion and explosion blasting often occur.The blasting work is difficult to carry out as the research starting point.The research results mainly include the following aspects:1)The thermal decomposition mechanism of different explosives was analyzed at different temperatures.The mechanism analysis showed that the higher the temperature,the faster the thermal decomposition rate of the explosive,and the more prone to explosive explosion.The analysis of the heat resistance mechanism of the explosive was slowed down.The thermal decomposition rate of the explosive can be achieved by reducing the heat absorbed by the ammonium acid,preventing the thermal decomposition reaction of the ammonium nitrate,increasing the heat dissipation inside the explosive,and forming a low common structure.2)Through the pre-hazard analysis method,the danger sources in the three aspects of personnel management,blasting equipment and fire area blasting construction technology in the fire area blasting in Dafeng Open-pit Coal Mine were identified,and the grades of each dangerous source were classified,and attention and rectification were proposed.Measures.3)Combined with the fire blasting accident tree analysis,the early warning and control mechanism of blasting risk factors in fire area are studied.Through the qualitativeanalysis of the accident tree,16 minimum blasting safety impacts in coal mine fire area are obtained,and the structural importance analysis of each factor is carried out.The analysis of the accident tree,the establishment of an early warning mechanism based on orifice filling,water injection cooling,network laying,charging,warning,etc.,as well as control mechanisms based on explosive selection,personnel management,charge and warning,to achieve fire The purpose of district blasting safety operations.4)Using the analytic hierarchy process to establish the fire area blasting safety structure model of fire area blasting technology,personnel management and blasting equipment on the spot,use the judgment matrix and MATLAB to calculate the relative weight values of each factor and sort them,and formulate the early warning control through sorting.The measures,and after on-site analysis and application,ensure the smooth operation of the blasting work in the coal mine fire area.Therefore,through the research on the identification of blasting hazard source and safety control in coal mine fire area,it can fully guarantee the safe and smooth operation in the fire area blasting operation.It provides a basis for subsequent high-temperature blasting,which makes the fire blasting more safe and the blasting effect is more ideal.
