Study On The Occupational Hazard Control System In Tian Chen Coal Mine

As the 13 th Five-Year Plan is rolling out nationwide,the control of occupational hazard in various industries attracts more attention and the national government is enhancing the occupational health supervision.However,occupational hazard control in China still faces great challenges.The coal industry is a high-risk industry with long-standing potential occupational hazards,which not only damages coal mine workers but also causes severe economic losses to coal mines.The challenges faced by coal mines in occupational hazard control need to be resolved.The U.S.and Japan,with developed laws on the occupational safety and health,has much experience on occupational health management.We need to learn from the developed management philosophy and scientific methods of other countries to develop our own occupational health management.This thesis analyses the occupational health and its management models adopted in coal mines in the U.S.and Japan,and analyzes the conditions and challenges in China to put forward recommendations for improvement.This thesis focuses on Tian Chen coal mine to analyze the features of its occupational hazard and the on-site research and detection results.The result shows that some operating areas of Tian Chen coal mine have excessive occupational hazard factors.Through analyzing the conditions and features of hazard,it puts forward effective solutions to control the hazard.Based on the facts of hazard control in Tian Chen coal mine,it sets up an occupational hazard control system for Tian Chen coal mine,and recommends various measures including adopting standard control organization system,enhancing the control management system and improving the overall evaluation system feedback.This thesis consists of four parts.The first part reviews the domestic and foreign literature on occupational hazard and introduces the severe impact of occupational hazard of coal mines.The second part companies the experiences and measures of occupational hazard control in other countries and points out the shortcomings of occupational hazard control in China.The third part is about the on-site research on the occupational hazard control in Tian Chen coal mine,and it combines the experiences both at home and abroad to improve the occupational hazard control system in Tian Chen coal mine,and recommend effective control measures to improve its ability to control occupational hazard.
