In view of the security situation of Bai Yinhua No.4 open pit mine in Neimenggu, Haizhou open-pit energy companies, this paper analyzes possible factors may lead to the mine accident. According to the existing literature and experience working in stope, the indexes of influencing the stope safety factors are concluded refine out the objective factors and hierarchy. Using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) factors will be divided into three levels; the weights are determined respectively by calculation of three layers. The author by experts and the basis of system analysis determine evaluation data in the early stage. In respectively, using extension principle to decide the security level of factors and Analytic hierarchy process to determine weights of factors, give full play to its characteristics, on the basis of using set pair analysis to determine the safety status of open-pit mine. It can objectively reflect the coal mine safety production capacity, so as to provide the basis for coal mine safety assessment and management decision-making.Thesis mainly includes:1) Mines are studied, especially the open-pit coal mine work are studied to identify hazards and harmful factors.2) According to the characteristics of a certain open-pit coal mine, with current laws, regulations and industry standards, the current situation of safety assessment and evaluation report are completed.3) Safety inspection table is compiled to assess the current situation of safety, for safety supervision personnel in the field of security inspection.4) Established the assessment index system of open pit mine.5) A quantitative safety assessment method (extension level set pair analysis method) is builded and with the situation of the mine safety status is evaluated.Paper provides for open-pit coal mine safety assessment system, its adapted qualitative safety checklist and quantitative calculation method of the security levels, and in the open pit mine safety evaluation in practical and theoretical work, the methed can play a role.
