Pulp molding products reflect the concept of green environmental protection from process of the selection of raw materials,product manufacturing,to waste disposal.Therefore,it is very meaningful to design and research the pulp molding automation production line control system.In this paper,when researching and designing the pulp molding automation production line control system,the main research contents include the following:First,build a hardware platform.According to the control requirements of the control system,the model and quantity of the relevant hardware were selected,and the port address was assigned.The strong electric circuit diagram and the weak current circuit diagram of the control system were designed,and finally the electric control cabinet was designed according to the function and size of the equipment.Secondly,the pulp production control system was innovatively designed.The liquid level balancing method,the mode switching method and the method of making the program applicable to different scenarios are mainly designed for the existing defects of the pulp production line.Thirdly,the software system was designed.According to the function of the software system,the control flow chart is designed.The human-computer interaction interface was designed with WinCC flexible,and finally the elements on the human-computer interaction interface were associated with the address of the PLC.Finally,the system is debugged.Firstly,the correctness of the touch screen associated variables and the correctness of the line of the electric control cabinet are verified by means of point-to-point.Secondly,the local functions in the control system are verified by the human-computer interaction interface.Finally,the whole control functions of the control system are tested.According to the technical route of control system design,builds the hardware system and software system respectively,and debugs the system.
