With the accelerating industrialization process,land resources are continuously reduced or even exhausted,and marine resources are receiving more and more attention.On the other hand,the long-term technical accumulation of deep sea development technology has also been significantly improved.Human beings have begun to develop and utilize marine resources on a large scale.The development and utilization of marine resources has become an important part of national economic development.Faced with this development trend,the strategic resource cobalt-rich crust mining is of great significance.Before the commercial exploitation,the development of large-scale cobalt-rich crust sampler is particularly important.In this paper,the local research is carried out in the background of the actual engineering deep sea sampling machine,which is the research of the monitoring and management system of the deep sea sampling machine,which provides support services for the development of the whole sampling machine,and provides an effective reference for other similar monitoring management systems.This paper introduces the overall architecture of the deep sea sampling machine monitoring and management system,and analyzes the function and overall design of the sampling machine water surface monitoring system.In the Windows system environment.NET Framework 4.0 platform framework,combined with Visual Studio,Modbus Slave and other development tools or auxiliary development tools,using C#language and WSMBT and other libraries,based on the visual interface and database interactive programming method,cobalt-rich crust sampling Machine design and development work.The deep sea sampling machine studied in this paper is mainly composed of underwater sampling machine body and multiple auxiliary communication devices on the water surface,including remote control box,high voltage control cabinet,mother ship heading instrument and insulation monitor.Many communication equipments are integrated by the water surface control center.And task assignment management.The monitoring and management system software connects multiple communication devices,realizes multi-parameter monitoring and alarming of the sampling machine running state,and the underwater control,underwater orientation and other motion control functions of the deep-sea sampling machine,and finally completes the deep seabed large-scale cobalt-rich crust mining ore mining task..Aiming at communication problems such as long-distance real-time,multi-device heterogeneity and large traffic,the multi-device heterogeneous composite communication is realized by the mixed communication technology of Modbus serial port/network multi-node,and the dual-channel real-time communication scheme of double lower position machine is effectively improved.The rapidity and stability of the entire system communication in a complex environment.Finally,through the simulation test,field single test,system integration and joint debugging test of the deep sea sampling machine monitoring and management system,the test results are consistent with the expected results,which verifies the feasibility,effectiveness and reliability of the monitoring management system.
