Injection molding machine is the most widely used processing machine in the plastic processing industry.Not only can a large number of products be directly produced by injection molding machine,but it is also the key equipment of injection-pull blowing process.Among them,the all-electric injection molding machine is one of the products of innovative technology.It keeps very low rotational speed in pressure maintaining,cooling and idling conditions to achieve the purpose of energy saving and noise reduction.It combines the high performance of the full-hydraulic injection molding machine with the energy saving advantages of the all-electric injection molding machine,can improve the efficiency of the power drive system,reduce energy consumption loss,and urge the all-electric injection molding machine to speed up the development and application of energy saving technology.This paper designs an all-electric injection molding machine control system based on ARM and DSP dual-core architecture,which can well meet the actual use needs and fully adapt to different industrial environments.The thesis mainly includes the following contents: 1.Design a dual-core control system host with ARM9 chip EP9315 from Cirrus Logic as the main CPU and TI DSP chip TMS320C6713 as the motion control chip,with data interaction through HPI bus to maximize the performance of the multi-core CPU.2.According to the actual demand of injection molding machine,the control system components of all-electric injection molding machine including motor drive plate,liquid crystal drive plate,IO unit,temperature controller,pressure amplifier and electromagnetic heater are designed.3.The software architecture of PID closed-loop control,PLC processing and pressure processing in DSP algorithm is analyzed in detail,and the detailed flow is listed.This paper analyzes the structure and implementation of software interface based on WinCE operating system.The whole system has been fully applied to GSK AE80 series all-electric injection molding machines.Through the comparative analysis of relevant experiments and the actual processing and production results,it fully meets the actual needs and achieves high accuracy and reliability.
