Taking the Silane Coupling Agent Production Zone of Tangshan Coupling Silicon Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this paper identifies the dangerous and harmful factors of each evaluation unit in the Zone,and focuses on the analysis of major accidents such as fire and explosion that may occur in the process flow.From the qualitative and quantitative point of view,the safety evaluation of the park is carried out.The safety checklist and pre-hazard analysis of storage facilities and devices in the park are carried out.The results show that the construction of storage facilities and devices in the park meets the national standards.Through the pre-risk analysis of storage facilities and installations in the park,the danger level of fire and explosion during the storage of raw materials and products in the construction project is catastrophic,Grade IV;The risk level of electric shock,poisoning and asphyxia is grade III;The risk level of burns,mechanical injuries,vehicle injuries,noise and vibration is grade II.Therefore,fire and explosion should be dangerous and harmful factors for the project.Pool fire and vapor cloud explosion models were used to predict pool fire and vapor cloud explosion of methanol storage tanks in the park.Risk assessment of fire and explosion of methanol vaporizer was carried out using Dow Chemical Fire and explosion hazard index method.Calculate the protection distance of the park and determine the sufficient distance from the outside protection.The basic causes of fire and explosion accidents that may occur in methanol storage tanks are explored by accident tree,and management measures are put forward.Figure12;Table26;Reference 47...
