As the key equipment of mine production activities,mine hoist is also the key link of mine production.The advanced control system of mine hoist is related to the safety of personnel,and also restricts the production and operation of mine.At the same time,it also reflects the level of automation of a mine.At the end of 2008,the state proposed the construction of "digital mine".Of course,the construction of PLC automatic control system of lifting system is an important part of the construction of "digital mine".By taking the automatic control system of mining and hoisting in the third main shaft of Shirengou Iron Mine as the research object,and by visiting the domestic advanced mines,this paper makes a comparison and analysis between domestic and foreign mines and their own requirements of hoisting technology and control system.The traditional control system of DC series resistance relay hoist is no longer suitable for the development trend of mine nowadays.Finally,the control scheme of DC full digital speed regulation,PLC core control and on-line monitoring of upper computer is determined.The ideal speed analysis is completed combining with field process parameters,and the hardware of the control system is also completed.Selection and principle analysis of components,overall design of software program and parameter setting of DC speed regulating system,participate in commissioning and trial operation,and ultimately complete the design of automatic control system of lifting system of Shirengou Iron Mine.Since the full digital DC speed regulation system with PLC automatic control has been put into operation,it has been safe,stable and efficient,and has also achieved the goal of "improving the level of automation and improving the intrinsic safety" of the national security supervision department.At the same time,it gradually improves the procedure and finally realizes the full-automatic operation of hoist,reduces the labor intensity of operators,improves production efficiency,and produces remarkable economic benefits.It opens up a road for automatic control in other fields of mine,and also improves the hoist automatic control system in the same industry.It can be used for reference.Figure 34;Table 11;Reference 51.
