With the development of economy,the demand for automation development is more and more urgent.In modern office space,screen desks are used worldwide for its user-friendly spatial segmentation.The screen panel is an important component of the screen desk.The tightening of rubber strip on the side of screen panel is currently manually tightened,resulting in high labor intensity and low production efficiency.Based on the above-mentioned current situation,a set of automatic tightening equipment has been developed for the problem of manual tightening of rubber strips on the sides of office screens at home and abroad.First of all,after fully considering the current production situation of the cooperative enterprise,the process flow of the screen clasp is analyzed to determine the overall design goal and overall plan of the subject.Secondly,based on the modular design idea,the automatic tightening equipment is divided into three modules:the flexible centering clamping unit of the screen plate,the rubber strip indenter unit and the rubber strip embedding unit.Through Solidworks to build a three-dimensional model of related structures and conduct interference checks.Then,the stress and strain analysis of the key components of the equipment is conducted through ANSYS,and the results show that the maximum deformation and stress of the mechanical structure met the design requirements.Then,the hardware and software of the control system are designed.For the multi-motor synchronous control algorithm used to control the rubber strip tension in this subject,an improved multi-motor deviation coupling control algorithm based on BP neural network is proposed.The simulation analysis of the control algorithm is carried out on the simulink platform.The simulation results show that the algorithm has good control synchronization performance and strong robustness.Finally,the motion control card is re-developed in the vs2013 development platform to complete the design of the control program,and the human-computer interaction interface is designed in the MFC platform.After the above analysis and design,the author built an overall prototype and debugged successfully.Through the rubber strip tension control experiment and the rubber strip tightening effect test on the prototype,it is verified that the automatic tightening device for the rubber strip on the side of the office screen panel designed by this subject can complete the tightening of the rubber strip,and further improve the tightening effect by optimizing the size of rubber strip.To a certain extent,this equipment can replace manual rubber band tightening work,and provides a reference value for the transformation of the enterprise's automated production line.
