Zhanjiang is the largest rice cooker production base in the world.The rice cookerindustry is the pillar industry of Zhanjiang's economy.However,the rice cooker industry in Zhanjiang has been following the extensive development model.The automation of production line is low,and many processes rely on manual operation.The strategy of "German Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025" is big.Under the circumstances,it is urgent to develop the production line.In this study,the non-stick drying and feeding process of rice cooker inner liner is taken as the object of study.The aim is to solve the key problems faced by the process automation transformation,and develop the automatic feeding device of inner liner drying to respond to the strategic call of "Made in China 2025" and improve the automation level of rice cooker production line.The research contents include:1.the key problem of automatic feeding for non sticky drying of rice cooker liner.According to the process flow of inner liner spraying production line and drying production line,the key problems to be solved in automatic feeding of inner liner drying in electric cooker are summarized,and the solutions are studied and put forward.2.the non sticky drying automatic feeding device of rice cooker liner.The general scheme of automatic feeding device is designed.The mechanical part of the automatic feeding device is designed.The control system software and hardware of the automatic feeding device are designed.3.prototype production and performance test.According to the design drawings,the mechanical structure is machined out.Build control system,write program,An automatic loading device prototype is produced.The performance test of the prototype is carried out.4.the shortcomings of the research results are analyzed and the improvement measures are put forward.The prototype can clamp the inner liner correctly,arrange the inner liner,and complete the transmission of an inner liner within 3 seconds.The results show that the following fixture,feeding rhythm,inner liner arrangement and other three key issues are solved in this study.The designed automatic feeding device meets the design requirements.The innovation of this research is:(1)a new automatic feeding process and automatic feeding device are put forward.(2)The problem of inner liner moving perpendicular to the clamping direction is solved by using the solution of under-freedom clamping.The research results of this paper can be used as reference for the majority of rice cookers in the production line transformation.
