With the continuous progress of China's energy reform,the country has issued a series of policies to encourage natural gas consumption and promote the sustained and healthy development of the natural gas industry.The relaxation of industry access has further intensified competition for resources and markets.The domestic natural gas industry is forming a multi-competition pattern in which the upstream exploration and development and trans-regional pipelines are mainly composed of three oil companies and other companies,the provincial state-owned enterprises are mainly composed of state-owned enterprises,central enterprises and private enterprises,and the downstream market distribution and terminal sales are jointly composed of private enterprises,local state-owned enterprises,central enterprises and foreign enterprises.S Natural Gas Company has worked hard to overcome the adverse effects of the new normal state of national economy and the overall situation of the industry on the market operation,continuously increased the market development and layout,accelerated the construction of storage and transportation facilities,and strengthened the production and operation management,thus realizing the rapid development of S Natural Gas Company.However,S Natural Gas Company is currently facing three challenges: the difficulty of market development,the high cost of resource acquisition,the reduction of profit space,and the contradiction between the built natural gas storage and transportation facilities and the market demand.This paper takes S Natural Gas Company as the research object,uses strategic analysis theories such as PEST analysis,five forces model analysis and SWOT analysis to systematically analyze the external environment,strategic selection and formulation,and strategic implementation of S Natural Gas Company,and studies it layer by layer to explore the best development strategy it should adopt under the current environment and situation.The full text starts with the development strategic environment of S Natural Gas Company,while the external environment analyzes the main macro-environmental factors affecting the enterprise,such as politics,economy,society and technology,as well as the industry environment such as resource supply and demand,market and so on,while the internal conditions are analyzed from the current resources,human resources,enterprise management,market development and marketing deployment,safety management and so on.The analysis shows that S Natural Gas Company is in an important strategic transition period under the situation of high-speed development of national economy and strengthening international energy cooperation.Through SWOT model,this paper analyzes S Natural Gas Company 's competitive strategy and development direction,and concludes that S Natural Gas Company 's long-term development path is a growth development strategy,and puts forward corresponding strategies and guarantees through the implementation of resource acquisition deployment,market development and marketing deployment,and infrastructure construction deployment.
