Anti-corrosion coatings were widely applied in chemical atmosphere and ocean environment,and the anti-corrosion coatings were developing towards high performance,function and greening with the continuous improvement of people's environmental awareness.Eucommia ulmoides gum?EUG?derived from renewable resources is commonly used in submarine cable because of its excellent acid and alkali resistance and salt-fog resistance.In this thesis,the epoxidized EUG?EEUG?and epoxy resin?E44?were adopted as film-forming materials to fabricate a new typed anti-corrosion coatings based on EUG.In this thesis,the EUG was epoxidized by emulsion method to obtain EEUG with epoxy degree from 18%to 40%.Secondly,a series of EEUG/E44 coatings with different epoxy degree and content of EEUG were prepared and characterized by electrochemical impedance,adhesion test,scanning electron microscopy,salt spray resistance test and other test methods.The results indicated that the EEUG/E44 coating with 21.1%epoxy degree and 33%content of EEUG exhibited good mechanical properties,high adhesion,excellent acid and alkali resistance and high electrochemical impedance of 4.82×107?·cm2,leading to the optimum anti-corrosion effect.Graphene?GE?is a new type of anti-corrosion filler and has good electrical conductivity.Thus,we selected GE as the conductive fillers and fabricated EEUG/E44/GE coatings.Firstly,a series of EEUG/E44/GE coatings with different GE loadings were prepared.The results showed that mechanical properties,electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance properties were enhanced by adding GE.When the loading of GE is 3%,the conductivity increased to6.4×10-2s/cm.Finally,the thesis developed a series of EEUG/E44/GE coatings with different content EEUG.The results showed that mechanical properties,electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance properties firstly increased and subsequently decreased with increasing of EEUG content.EEUG/E44/GE coatings containing of 33%EEUG and 3%GE achieved the optimum mechanical properties,electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance properties.
