| In order to ensure the safety of chemical projects in line with relevant national laws,regulations,standards and norms,the policy of "safety first,prevention first,comprehensive management" is effectively implemented.Taking a 100,000 tons/year formaldehyde production project of a company as an example,according to the actual situation of production process,raw materials,production facilities and related facilities,this paper chooses the best safety evaluation method to evaluate the risk of formaldehyde production process and raw materials.Hazardous and harmful characteristics of formaldehyde production process,equipment and related raw materials,storage and transportation facilities,public works and auxiliary production facilities were obtained.Through safety assessment to determine the hazard level of dangerous and harmful factors in this project,the main dangerous and harmful substances involved in the process of formaldehyde production and operation are methanol,formaldehyde,hydrogen,carbon monoxide,etc.The main risk factors are fire explosion,container explosion,poisoning and Choking,burning,etc.,the main harmful factors are poison,noise,high temperature.In accordance with the relevant standards,the dangerous and harmful factors in the production process are classified,and the dangerous and harmful factors of the project are identified and analyzed from various aspects and aspects from the aspects of hazardous materials,production equipment,production process,operation and environmental conditions.The main hazards and types of harmful factors in the system,their distribution and the ways and means of their possible occurrence,and summarizing the important hazards.Identify the hazard,the inherent risk level and the degree of risk of the hazard from both qualitative and quantitative aspects.Put forward practical corrective measures and recommendations based on the analysis results,so that formaldehyde can produce safe and effective operation. |
