Push table saw is the most widely used sawing device in woodworking industry.With the rapid development of the household industry,China has become the leader in total wood processing.At the same time,the building decoration,plate furniture and other industries have used a large number of artificial plates.China has achieved great development in the field of plate cutting machinery.This paper use advanced CAE technology and modern design theory In the process of designing the push table saw.At present,push table saws are divided into simple push table saws and industrial push table saws in the word.Simple push table saws are far inferior to industrial push table saws in terms of processing accuracy and efficiency.However,industrial push table saws are bulky because of their large size and cover area.Many home users are far away.This paper studies and designs a new type of push saw based on the research on the cutting technology of push saw.This new type of push saw lie between the simple push saw and the industrial push saw,and both have a simple push saw.Small size,It also has the cutting efficiency and accuracy of industrial push table saws.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing and studying the factors affecting the overall structure of the push saw,the overall structure design of the push saw is completed.The factors affecting the layout of the overall mechanism of the push table saw are use conditions,motion distribution,and processing capabilities,and the overall structure design of the push table saw is considered on the basis of meeting the requirements of technical economy,use requirements,human-machine function requirements,and aesthetic requirements.According to the function assigned to different structures,the design of the whole machine structure is gradually completed.The cutting force and cutting power of the main saw blade and the pre-cut saw blade were investigated.(2)According to the structural study of the entire machine,the push saw is divided into a push saw from a core assembly,a sliding table assembly,a work table assembly,and a body assembly,and each mechanism is studied in detail;According to the function and realization of each independent structure analysis structure,from theprinciple to the structure realization,the main functional parts of the structure are studied,and the statics and dynamics of the school nucleus are carried out.On the basis of finite element analysis and kinematics analysis of the transmission member,the structure is optimized and improved continuously,and a reasonable structure is finally designed.(3)Analyze the causes of vibration and noise generated by the push table saw,and perform a static and dynamic analysis(including modal analysis and harmonic response analysis)of the body assembly.Using the modal analysis module in ANSYS to analyze the body,the frequency of maximum displacement of the body is obtained.The analysis of the formation diagram of the body can cause resonance frequency and avoid resonance after the completion of the entire machine.(4)On the basis of completing the trial production of the overall structure,the joint enterprise conducts prototype trial production and testing to verify whether the research design is reasonable.After the prototype test is completed,the new research push saw can meet the research requirements proposed in this paper,and compare the parameters with the conventional products of the company,demonstrating the advantages of this research.(5)Experimental modal analysis of a new type of push table saw prototype is carried out in this paper.By means of specialized instruments,80 measuring points and24 measuring points on the sliding table were tested,and the modal parameters were obtained to confirm that there was no resonance in the paper.
