With the rapid development of the mining industry, mining equipmentsdeveloping forward rapidly. Mine Loader is one of the fastest growing and largestdemand equipment, it is playing an important role in reduce engineering costs, ensurethe quality of engineering and improve operational reliability. This paper was based on the Mine Loader R&D independently by domesticfactory. The simulation analysis was carried out on the scope of work devices and itsdynamic characteristics, especially on the cracks phenomenon appeared on the rotaryblock and forearm, tried to find the failure reason from the dynamic structure level.Firstly, establishing the3D model and importing it to ADAMS to do kinematicsand dynamics simulation, the results contained the main working parameters, thehinge points’ constraint reaction curves and the oil cylinders’ mechanicalcharacteristics, then checked the hydraulic system pressure and oil cylinders.Secondly, using ANSYS to create the rotary block and forearm’s modal neutralfile. By the forearm’s modal analysis, we got first to six modal vibration and itprovided reference for vibration analysis and structural dynamic load optimization.Lastly, through the coupled dynamic simulation analysis in ADAMS andcorrected the hinge points constraint reaction force. The flexible bodies were analyzedby the dynamic stress in the work process, we got the maximum stress node andcorresponding time, the stress and displacement nephograms. By extracting thenode’s dynamic stress-time curve and checking the strength integrately, it was verifiedthat the primary reason of the cracks were caused by insufficient structural strength. This paper used ADAMS and ANSYS to simulate the mine loader, doingin-depth studies on its cracks phenomenon, this kind of study way avoided the staticsstructure analysis for contingency, which provided a theory and basis for productdesign and structure optimization design.
