Several new fluorinating reagents?phenyl trifluorosulfide,4-tert-butylphenyl trifluorosulfide,2,6-dimethyl-4-tert-butylphenyl trifluorosulfide?were synthesized.The synthetic process of new fluorinating reagents were investigated.Based on the synthesis of them of patents and articles,a new way was developed,and compared with the other to get a more merits synthetic process.The first synthetic route of this thesis used aryl hydrocarbon as the starting material,which synthesized with chlorosulfonic acid and thionyl chloride,and through redox reaction with Na2SO3-KI or Na2S2O5-KI to form symmetric aryl disulfide.Then symmetric aryl disulfides reacted with halogenating reagent and fluorinating reagent to acquire arylsulfur trifluorides,which were target product.The second synthetic route was that aryl hydrocarbon were also used as a starting material for the reaction,which reacted with sulfurizing reagent and catalyst,and then reacting with halogenating reagent and fluorinating reagent to form a target product of arylsulfur trifluoride.By comparing the two routes,the first synthetic route was selected to synthesize phenyl trifluorosulfide and4-tert-butylsulfur trifluoride.The second synthesis method was employed for the2,6-dimethyl-4-tert-butylphenyl trifluorosulfide.Finally,thepreparedwaterstabilitytestsofphenyltrifluorosulfide,4-tert-butylphenylsulfur trifluoride and 2,6-dimethyl-4-tert-butylphenylsulfur trifluoride were carried out,and compared the stability of the three with water.
