With th,e rapid development of the underground multi-network convergence system,mine video surveillance system of "informatization,integration and intelligent"has become an important component of mine safety management system.The existing video surveillance of the mine has low definition and unstable transmission rate,and the network equipment and management platform of different manufacturers are difficult to interconnect.Therefore,it is of great significance to design and implement video transmission system which is compatible with existing equipment in the mine environment.This paper is supported by the National Science and Technology Support Program-"Based on Mesh Network to Visualize Wireless Disaster Relief Communication Technology and Equipment"(2013BAK06B03).Based on the KBA12 mine intrinsically safe network camera designed by the research group,the mine video transmission system based on ONVIF standard is designed and implemented,including video image preprocessing,H.264 video compression module,ONVIF interface module and real-time video transmission module to realize KBA12 mining intrinsically safe network camera remote transmission,real-time monitoring and seamless docking with existing equipment.The video image preprocessing module uses the bilateral filtering method and the histogram equalization method to denoise and enlhance the original video image.The H.264 video compression module converts the preprocessed YUV si~gnal into an NV12 signal.H.264 compression coding technology coupled with intra prediction and entropy coding algorithms are employed to improve coding efficiency and quality.The ONVIF interface module uses the gSOAP tool to analyze the WSDL document generated header file and the service interface framework.To meet compatibility needs,this paper implements the device discovery interface,device management interface,and media service interface;performs device IP search,device infonmation management,and video stream address configuration and acquisition in the same network segment.The real-time video transmission module encapsulates the H.264 code stream through the RTP protocol,the RTCP protocol and the RTSP protocol control the video stream transmission,and encapsulates the RTSP video stream using the ONVIF standar.to achieve the docking of multi-vendor devices.The test results show that the video image loss rate is about 1.237%,and the rate can reach 2.190Mbit/s when the transmission distance is 100 meters,which realizes a real-time transmission and meets the video transmission performance index.Appraised by China Coal Industry Association,KBA12 equipment has advanced technology and reached the domestic leading level.
