With the rapid development of information and communication technology,the degree of informationization of coal mines has improved significantly.However,the safety technology of coal mine production monitoring systems in China is relatively backward,and the production monitoring network needs to be improved.From the initial RS485 bus to industrial Ethernet,the communication capability of the coal mine safety monitoring system network under the wired network has been greatly improved,but the wireless communication link is still unstable and the network communication capability is poor in the coal mine safety production monitoring wireless network.The RPL routing protocol is an IPv6-based LLNs network protocol.The RPL routing protocol enables IPv6 to be used in a wireless sensor network,which can improve the network communication capability of the wireless sensor network.The use of the RPL routing protocol in coal mine safety production monitoring not only solves the problem of IP address resources in the production monitoring network,but also improves the network communication capability.According to the actual situation of coal mine safety production monitoring environment,the RPL routing protocol is unproved.The CM-RPL(Composite Metric RPL)optimized routing protocol is proposed.The network link bottleneck index,the optimization of the node Rank value,and the proposed parent are proposed.The node selection index selects the next hop,and improves the network lifetime time period by using the proposed three indicators comprehensi-ve metric.The improved CM-RPL is tested for communication simulation and topology establishment by the Cooja simulator.Based on the improvement of routing protocol RPL,the monitoring system is designed and divided into three parts:wireless acquisition network,gateway module and mobile client.In the implemented monitoring scheme,the acquisition network uses the CM-RPL routing protocol to prove the effectiveness of the CM-RPL through the actual monitoring scheme test.Simulation analysis of CM-RPL routing protocol shows that CM-RPL can effectively optimize packet loss rate and prolong network lifetime.Through the test of the application of CM-RPL monitoring program,the results show that the production monitoring program is feasible,and accurately monitor the five environmental parameters of temperature,methane,carbon monoxide,dust and wind speed in the production environment.The acquisition network self-organizing network is successful,and the acquisition terminal 6LoWPAN network and IP network are successfully interconnected,real-time monitoring and other functions m are implemented by the mobile client.
