Research Of Sleeve Kiln Combustion Automatic Control System

The preparation of high quality limestone is an important criterion for evaluating the level of industrialization in a country.The traditional lime kiln and shaft kiln are still used in the metallurgical manufacturing industry in China.It is urgently needed for the current industry to adopt the calcining system with higher production and better quality.Based on the above background,the research of the automatic control system of the sleeve kiln has been carried out to realize the high production and high quality of the limestone.The research is of theoretical significance and engineering value.This paper presents a complete set of conceptual design,system realization and testing of sleeve kiln,and the application of engineering demonstration.Starting with the basic concepts of the combustion technology and automatic control system of the sleeve kiln,the paper expounds the technology bottleneck of the sleeve kiln,the theory of the sleeve lime kiln,the automatic production control model of the sleeve lime kiln and the basic idea of the process control system,and then gives the control design criteria and control of the combustion system of the stone kiln.The system design,the design of the control system,the development of the lime kiln combustion system,the design of the device and the configuration design of the HMI man-machine operation interface are carried out.On the basis of the above work,the database system of the lime kiln combustion process is further elaborated.On the basis of the test of the lime kiln combustion process data base system,the automation system is proved to be automatic.Finally,the demonstration application scenario of the automatic control system for the combustion process of sleeve kiln is expounded.Through the study of the annular sleeve kiln,the basic production law of the sleeve kiln is understood,the key data of the production process and process parameters in the production process are mastered.A set of process and control system is initially established to realize the automatic control of the combustion system following the dynamic change of the external conditions,so as to adjust the heat into the kiln.To control the consumption of gas,reduce the cost of energy and manpower,stabilize the quality of quicklime and prolong the life of lime kiln.
