With the development of the economy and the advancement of science and technology,people's lives are no longer limited to satisfying the basic needs of survival.People's demand for daily hair care products is gradually increasing.In addition to functional requirements,the demand for aroma is also increasing.The daily flavor is often used as a flavoring agent in Daily products,skin care products,and washing products,and functions to cover the odor of the raw material and adjust the feeling of use.However,due to the nature of the fragrance itself,it is often not slowly released for a long time when it is directly used in the hair product.In this paper,ethyl cellulose,starch,glyceryl monostearate was used as the wall material,and the fragrance was used as the core material.The loaded fragrance microcapsules are prepared by mechanical emulsification method.The mixing temperature,core-wall ratio,water-oil ratio and ethyl are investigated.The effects of cellulose concentration,starch concentration and monoglyceride concentration on microencapsulation rate,embedding efficiency and particle size;the preparation process of microcapsules is optimized by orthogonal test;and the loaded essence microcapsules were applied in washing.In the shampoo,conditioner,and hair spray,the fragrance release properties are investigated.The results shows that the optimal conditions for preparing the loaded fragrance microcapsules are: monoglyceride concentration of 2%,core-wall ratio of 2:1,temperature of 60 ° C,water-oil ratio of 7:1,and the preparation of the microcapsules.The embedding rate is 46.83%,the embedding efficiency is 88.17%,the average particle size is 1.78 ?m,and the particle size distribution is relatively uniform.The embedding effect of the fragrance is determined by infrared spectroscopy.The sustained release properties of the loaded microcapsules are investigated by human evaluation and thermogravimetric analysis.After applying the loaded microcapsules to the shampoo,conditioner,and gellan gum,the human evaluation method is used to prove that the microcapsules are used in the hair products after being loaded with the fragrance microcapsules compared with the unembedded fragrance.The hair bundle fragrance release time is longer,which reflects the good sustained release performance of the loaded fragrance microcapsules in practical applications.
